Our approach is based on high levels of personal involvement. Claims teams are in regular contact with employers and injured workers, meeting with them face-to-face whenever possible. As part of our continuing commitment to a better service, we have reduced the number of individual cases that each of our claims teams will manage to fewer than the base number prescribed by the WorkSafe Victoria. This allows more time for us to proactively manage claims and ensure that your injured employees return to work as soon as possible.
