At Xchanging, we are committed to the education of our customers. We offer programs that are designed to improve your understanding of workers' compensation and Occupational Health and Safety. Our sessions have a strong focus on risk management so that you can prevent injuries in the workplace and reduce the incidence of WorkCover claims. In the event of claims, we will help you manage them more effectively so that you can support your injured workers and keep your premium costs down.

Introduction to Return to Work Coordination
(2 day program)

This WorkCover accredited course is essential for new RTW coordinators wanting to develop the the skills and tools necessary to fulfill their role. WorkCover guidelines stipulate that it is compulsory for all Category 1 employers to employ a RTW coordinator who has completed the Introduction to Return to Work Coordination course.
