CLAIMS ESTIMATION MANUAL

Work Cover NSW have introduced changes to the Claims Estimation Manual.

These changes will apply to all estimates and review of estimates from 17/12/09 & impact policy renewals as of 31/12/09.

The major changes to the Work Cover NSW Claims Estimation Manual that may impact on premium calculation are claims that require an estimate for weekly compensation benefits, medical expenses. rehabilitation costs, legal costs and a terminated worker.

Changes to the Work Cover NSW Claims Estimation Manual may be discussed in further detail with your case manager subject matter expert or alternatively at the next scheduled claims review.
