- regular contact and communication with key employers and intermediaries in order to foster and enhance relationships
- facilitation of business solutions to achieve positive outcomes for customers and Xchanging
- facilitation of services aimed towards minimisation of employer claims costs and maximisation of bottom line performance
- coordination of claim reviews and management reviews
- provision of information about employer or Scheme performance and developments
- assistance in resolving technical or complex issues
