• regular contact and communication with key employers and intermediaries in order to foster and enhance relationships
• facilitation of business solutions to achieve positive outcomes for customers and Xchanging
• facilitation of services aimed towards minimisation of employer claims costs and maximisation of bottom line performance
• coordination of claim reviews and management reviews
• provision of information about employer or Scheme performance and developments
• assistance in resolving technical or complex issues
